If your dog is infected after monthly administration of Heartgard, Valley Vet Supply will help with treatment costs providing the following criteria are met:

Dogs starting Heartgard between 6 weeks and 4 months of age:

Your pet, for which the medication was prescribed, must have been on Heartgard for at least nine (9) continuous months without a skipped dose, and the product must have been purchased from Valley Vet Supply.

Dogs starting Heartgard between 4 and 6 months of age:

Your pet, for which the medication was prescribed, must have a negative antigen test 6 months after the first dose of Heartgard is administered, must have been on Heartgard for at least nine (9) continuous months without a skipped dose, and the product must have been purchased from Valley Vet Supply.
