A: Simply add any item marked with the "Rx" icon to your cart. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to provide your veterinarian's contact information so our pharmacy team can coordinate the authorization.
Q: Can I buy OTC animal medicines?
A: Yes. Over-the-counter (OTC) products do not require a prescription or veterinarian authorization. You can purchase any OTC item and they will ship directly to you after processing.
Q:How long does prescription processing take?
A: Most prescriptions are processed within 24–48 hours once we receive authorization from your veterinarian. To speed up the process, you can notify your vet's office that Valley Vet Supply will be reaching out to them.
Q: How do I upload a prescription?
