Renal K+ (Potassium Gluconate) Powder for Dogs and Cats

Renal K+ Powder provides supplemental potassium for the management of hypokalemia in cats and dogs. Chronic kidney disease commonly causes hypokalemia, a condition where the potassium in the blood is too low. Oral potassium supplementation helps minimize muscle weakness induced by potassium depletion, improves renal function and may play an important role in the management of chronic kidney disease. Renal K+ Powder is a highly palatable formula that contains potassium gluconate and B-complex vitamins. It may be sprinkled over or mixed with food. Give adult cats and dogs 1 scoop (530 mg) per 10 lbs. body weight twice daily.
