What is Auto-Ship?

Our service is like having a personal assistant to re-order your essential animal health care products for you. Simply set the ordering frequency, and we'll handle the rest.

How do I get started on the Auto-Ship service?

Getting started is easy. Find the product you order on a regular basis, add it to your Shopping Cart, click the Auto-Ship button and set the frequency. Your credit card will be charged each time the item ships. You can always adjust the frequency in the future.

What are the benefits of Auto-Ship?

Forget scrambling to refill a prescription order or supplement, or risk missed doses. Set a schedule for your favorite products and have peace of mind that your animals won't have to go without.

Most Auto-Ship orders are eligible for a 5% discount. Additional promotions and Auto-Ship discounts cannot be combined. Certain exclusions apply, and will be noted on individual product information. Look for items noted with the Auto-Ship + 5% discount label. If the discount is not noted on the product it is not eligible for additional discount, but you can still enjoy the convenience of Auto-Ship.

Will you let me know when my next Auto-Ship order is on the way?

You will receive an email one week prior to your next shipment and can make any changes to your order up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled shipment.

Is there a membership fee?

There is no membership fee and you can cancel at any time. The service is designed with your convenience in mind!

How will my orders be shipped?

All items ship via Economy Ground Service (unless otherwise required for a particular product).

How do I change my shipping date or delay my next Auto-Ship order?

Simply go to Your Account and select Auto-Ship Products. You can edit, pause, or cancel any item that is set to Auto-Ship.

How can I change my payment method?

For a single Auto-Ship product, select Your Account, then Auto-Ship Manager, and edit the appropriate product. Click the Payment Method drop-down box and choose the new payment method, or click the link Add Payment Methods. Use the check box to apply that new payment method to all Auto-Ship products.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the date the order is shipped, but you may see a pending charge as soon we begin to prepare your order. There's no need to call or update anything online.

How can I change my shipping address?

For a single Auto-Ship product, select Account, then Auto-Ship Products and Edit on the appropriate product. Click the Shipping Address drop-down box and choose the new shipping address, or click the link Add/Edit Shipping Address. Use the check box to apply that new shipping address to all Auto-Ship products.

Returns for auto-ship products.

If you are not satisfied with any product you order from Valley Vet Supply, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Please note, as per Federal law, prescription medications are non-returnable once they have left our pharmacy.
