Our Returns Policy/Disclaimer
We have a limited returns policy. Only items that are unmarked, in the original package, unused, and in absolutely new condition are eligible for return. All packaging, manuals, warranty cards, etc. that were in the original package must be returned as well to receive credit. Used products are not returnable. Additionally, custom and special orders are not cancelable and are non-refundable. Drop ship orders (even if unused) may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges, prescription drugs, vaccines, saddles, ultrasound instruments, books, videos, CDs, DVDs, and software are not returnable or refundable. In some circumstances, manufacturers may have a different returns policy than Valley Vet Supply. If you believe a manufacturer's return policy may apply, please call us to confirm at 800-419-9524 or email us at Service@ValleyVet.com. All returns must be completed within thirty (30) days of delivery to you.
How to Make a Return
Fill out the back of the original packing slip and include it with the returned merchandise. Return to:

Damaged Packages & "Shortages"
If you receive a damaged package, contact the delivery carrier immediately and save all packing material for their inspection. The delivery carrier will determine the next steps if the package is damaged. We are not responsible for packages damaged by the delivery carrier.
If you do not receive all of the products you ordered (a "shortage"), contact Valley Vet Supply immediately at 800-419-9524.
Damaged packages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours of the receipt of your order.
