Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not satisfied with any product you order from Valley Vet Supply, simply return it in new condition within 30 days for replacement or refund. Special order, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. (Sorry, does not apply to books, videos, CD’s, DVD’s, software, prescription drugs, ultrasound instruments and vaccines).
 
Returns
Fill out back of packing slip and include with merchandise. Special order, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Books, videos, CD’s, DVD’s, software, prescription drugs, ultrasound instruments and vaccines are not returnable.
 
Saddle Return Policy
  • Saddles in new/resalable condition may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Saddles that show very minor use may be accepted back, upon the discretion of Valley Vet Supply, and a minimum $20 cleaning fee will be deducted, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
  • Returned saddles showing significant soil or wear cannot be returned and refund credit will be denied.
 
Human Supplements Return Policy
If you are unhappy with any human supplement* you have purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund to original form of tender. Please include a brief explanation for the reason of the return and use the return label from your original invoice. You will be responsible for shipping on returned items. We recommend UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Insured US Mail to assure your returns make it back to our warehouse.

*Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. Additional packages of the same product must be in a factory sealed container to be covered by this policy. Please contact us with your questions, comments, or concerns at any time.
 
Damages & Shortages

Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

Valley Vet Supply disclaims responsibility for errors in pricing, for the use or misuse of any products described in this website, and for any losses incurred through the use of products according to methods described in this website. Always refer to and follow the label directions. Valley Vet Supply specifically does not authorize anyone, its agents or employees, to recommend any product sold by Valley Vet Supply in any way other than according to manufacturer's current label directions. Valley Vet Supply disclaims responsibility for losses incurred due to delays or errors in shipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
