Credelio Quattro for dogs from Elanco is for the prevention of heartworm disease and for the treatment and control of roundworm, hookworm, and tapeworm infections. Credelio Quattro also kills adult fleas, treats and prevents flea infestations, and treats and controls tick infestations, including the lone star tick, American dog tick, black-legged tick, and brown dog tick. It is a monthly treatment for dogs and puppies 8 weeks of age and older and weighing 3.3 pounds or greater. Directions: Give orally once a month with food. Flavored chewable tablets.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) conditionally approved Credelio Quattro-CA1 (lotilaner, moxidectin, praziquantel, pyrantel) chewable tablets for the treatment of infestations caused by New World screwworm (NWS) larvae (myiasis) in dogs and puppies at least eight weeks of age and weighing at least 3.3 pounds.
