- Saddles in new/resalable condition may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
- Saddles that show very minor use may be accepted back, upon the discretion of Valley Vet Supply, and a minimum $20 cleaning fee will be deducted, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
- Returned saddles showing significant soil or wear cannot be returned and refund credit will be denied.

I have problems with my knees. In the past my pain was to the point where after about a 2 hour ride I end up in serious pain when I get off the horse. I would stand hanging on to my horse because it hurt so much to stand for the first minute or so. This weekend I tried this saddle on the same ride. I had NO pain after the ride in my knees!! None at all!! That alone makes this saddle worth the money. This saddle is also very quiet, gone are the days of listening to the squeaking of the saddle. I highly recommend this saddle!!!
