I have tried several bits on my QH mare: full cheek snaffle, Billy Allen. She ran through the snaffle. She does wonderfully in this bit. Very responsive and supple. It is the only bit I use, and she likes it. Is this testimonial helpful?

We recently purchased an eight year old pony for our young daughter, and a tom thumb bit was all he'd ever used. My daughter struggled with head tossing, bit fighting, and lack of control until we purchased this bit for him. She is now able to easily neck rein him, has adequete control, and he's a much happier, comfortable horse. I would recommend this bit for anyone looking for a mild bit with enough leverage for a young child. Too bad it doesn't come in smaller sizes for smaller ponies! Is this testimonial helpful?

This bit is AMAZING. my 7 year old gelding hates bits. He would throw his head or try to pull through it and ignore my commands. he would only ride in a Little S hackamore, but he still would not listen in it! Now, none of you can say that he is not listening in it because I missed my groundwork. He knows all his groundwork and know level one Parelli. I started him out in this bit and I am utterly amazed! he is so supple and stops on the slightest cue. He flexes and really likes this bit, no more head tossing or ignoring me. it is gentle, but really works!!! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED! Is this testimonial helpful?

I use this bit on my dead broke paint when he is used in lessons as well as when I ride him. The 4-piece construction provides for the variances in the hands of the students and protects my boy from their mistakes. My only complaint is that is only comes in one size mouthpiece. If your horse takes a 5" mouthpiece I would highly recommend this bit. Is this testimonial helpful?
