I love my Slow Feeder great product!! I bought this about a month ago because my horse has COPD and eats fast while digging his nose in the hay and then coughs so terrible, since I bought the slow feeder he is doing amazing he's taking his time to eat and can no longer nuzzle through the hay so that equals no more cough attacks while eating!! I love it!!

I have been researching too many slow feeders lately comparing price and functionality. This one meets both!! I highly recommend for all size horses, my miniatures and regular horses can use it. It is easy to put together by one person but once together, I have to drag it around cause it is too heavy. The metal grate is PERFECTLY thick and strong and the spaces are big enough for mouthfuls of hay while restricting just enough at the same time. I have used it for several months now and the painted grate has not chipped yet. Very easy to clean and drain.
The only downfall I see is it doesn't come with any type of material to secure it to a fence or stall wall, you will have to drill holes through the plastic as the horses are definitely stronger than me and can move it around. Is this testimonial helpful?
