- Saddles in new/resalable condition may be returned within seven (7) days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
- Saddles that show very minor use may be accepted back, upon the discretion of Valley Vet Supply, and a minimum $20 cleaning fee will be deducted, in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
- Returned saddles showing significant soil or wear cannot be returned and refund credit will be denied.

I have been an english rider for 40 years and wanted to ride western with friends for trail riding. I have tried several friends saddles and didn't find one I liked. I saw the demo program and tried the Topeka Flex Lite Saddle and what a difference riding western in a well made saddle. Leg position is perfect and the whole saddle is comfortable for me and my horse with no break in, stirrups turn easily, and are deeper than most. A great way to try before you buy, this is not a cheap saddle, but because I know I like this saddle and it fits well worth the money. Is this testimonial helpful?
