We own and operate a full care boarding facility. All horses, TB's, QH, Apps, Arabs, Crossbreds, ponies all did extremely well with this product. We fed it thru out the winter for 5 months when the horses have to be in stalls nearly 24/7. Once they are out on pasture for the summer, they held their weight well thru the summer and were pasted wormed only every 8 weeks. They never got that "pot belly" look from a worm load.
This year we will start the daily wormer a couple months earlier. They'll be on it it for about 6 to 7 months. Then we'll rotate to just paste wormer for the summer.
Those hardkeeper TB's benefitted from it greatly.
A new boarder came in with a TB she said was an extremely hard keeper, though she paste wormed every 4 weeks. We convinced her to put the thin TB on this daily wormer and within 6 weeks there was a great difference in the horses' weight gain and at 8 weeks the owner was beginning to become concerned the horse was getting FAT! LOL! We could cut back several pounds of grain and the horse is holding its weight on what would be considered a maintenance amount of grain. She rides this horse hard several days a week.
So we are impressed. Yes, its a bit more spendy than the paste wormers, but you save in amount of grain needed to be fed to keep their weight up and the horses feeling great!
