FORBES (Towanda, PA) May 15, 2012 We have two mini-donkeys who got laminitis and thrush from our wet weather plus thyroid issues. Anyway, they had a very bad experience with my husband holding them down (or trying to) while the farrier cleaned out their sore feet! It was very traumatic, and I'm sure they remember it. We were left with the job of keeping the feet cleaned out and medicated. We could not have done it without Calm & Cool. When we give them this product, they LIKE the TASTE, although donkeys are as fussy as cats. They stay normally active, but they let us halter, lead out, tie up and clean their sore feet and medicate their feet with hardly any fussing whatsoever - no problem for us! When we try the same procedures without using Calm & Cool, they flip out and we cannot continue. In other words, with much relief, I am glad to report that THIS PRODUCT REALLY WORKS! It is worth the 4 hour wait!!
