The winter of 2007 my 27 year old mare started having diarhea constantly. She started losing weight and by the following winter I thought I was going to lose her she was so thin and looked terrible. I had the vet come out and do blood work stool sample and check her out. The tests came back that all her organs were functioning properly and no worms so the vet was puzzled. We were feeding her equine senior, beet pulp, alfalfa pellets and all the hay she could eat and it wasnt working. A friend of mine saw her and told me about probios feed granules so I decided it was worth a try. I bought some and started her on it and within 2 days her diarhea was gone and gradually she started gainging weight. I had her on it for a year and the difference was amazing. I ran out of the stuff and thought well she looks so good maybe she dont need it anymore. Well a month later her diarhea came back so I bought some more and within 2 days it was gone. I will never be without the stuff again. Shes 29 now and the other day she was rearing and bucking and kicking like a 2 year old she looks and feels great and even gets a little froggy when we ride which I love to see her feeling so good.I did have her teeth floated too with the power tool.
