Veterinarian/Pharmacist Information

For licensed veterinarians and pharmacists: If you wish to purchase prescription drugs, we will need a copy of your current state license for our files, that you may fax to us.

For licensed veterinarians prescribing for their patients: Prescriptions can be faxed (prescription fax form (PDF)), phoned or mailed to us.

When authorizing a prescription please include:

Client name, address (including zip), phone
Pet name and species
Medication name, strength, doses
Directions and refills

As the prescribing veterinarian, please include your:

Name
Address
Phone
License # (if not already affixed on prescription)

Our commitment to you is to provide to your client the utmost care in processing the product you have prescribed. We will not call your office requesting prescriptions. We will call your office only for clarification if questions arise while processing a prescription.
