Foal Lac Powder

Nutritionally complete, easily digested, all milk protein formula for feeding orphaned or early weaned foals. Mix 1 cup powder with 3 cups warm water to yield approximately 1 1/2 pints of milk. Feed up to 18 pints daily, divided into 2-8 feedings, depending on age.

  I have an orphan foal and was told foal lac was the best brand. He eats it well and a lot people comment on how beautiful he is. My little Pharaoh has lots of energy and you wouldn't know he was an orphan. I have him on the foal-lac pellets and foal feed and I follow the directions on the bag. Good hay or alfalfa free choice and you will have a prize baby.

  We have used Foal-lac for horse colts and zebra's with out any problems Other so called foal milk replacer has given us problems like diarrhea and other problems The Foal-Lac has NEVER given us that, they seem to like it and do well on it. Costs a little more but well worth it in saved animal's

  At the beginning i read a review . Some client said 1:5 instead of 1:3 to prevent foal diarrhea. I think 1:5 is quite watery so i try to make 1:3 . The result is 1:3 don't cause foal diarrhea. In my openion, they reformulate the product. I reccommend this product

  My orphaned foal started on Foal-Lac on day 2 of her life. She did very well on it. I did have diarrhea problems and after researching the problem I changed the dilution to 1 to 5 instead of 1 to 3 which seemed to help.
