Control Buttons:

Versatile Probe Cover:
Snap on the cover to the back end of the thermometer to make a firm grip handle. The slotted cover can hold the thermometer for hands-free, accurate temperature readings.

1. Insert the desired length of the probe through the slots in the probe cover.
2. Slide along slots to secure the probe (slots are tapered for friction fit).
3. Position cover on container to hold the probe at the desired insertion depth.

To protect the thermometer from being soiled, wrap with plastic wrap and expose just the probe. Or, put it in a plastic bag and just push the probe through a corner.
