This is the first product I've ever written about. But I bought it based on other testimonials my Shepherd mix is from the local shelter and from the day we brought her home she seemed tired all of the time a vet check and blood work showed nothing out of the ordinary but a three year old dog should like to go for walks,and when we would go for walks she would eat other dogs feces her breathe smelled horrible she had an insatiable appetite despite getting a lot of very high quality dog food. I've only been using Prozyme for a short time and already she hasn't shown an interest in eating other dogs feces or eating as much her breathe has improved 100% and she gives puppies a run for their money at the park, I am very pleased with the results and wish Id Known about it sooner with my other dogs. My German Shepherd puppy had cow piles from the time he was 5 weeks old. After 10 months I was so tired of trying to scoop up soft, mushy poop. After much research I thought I would try this (I've tried other similar products in the past and they did not work). I was amazed when I added this to his food and the stools were firm for the first time. I researched the particular enzymes found in this formula and found that they are the enzymes used for pancreatic insufficiency(only has lesser amounts of each enzyme in it), which makes sense. I am sure my GSD has pancreatic insufficiency. From time to time his stools will soften but I believe it is on the days he drinks a lot more water than normal, like when we play really hard or he runs a lot. It has been a blessing! I also tried it on my other dogs, none with real problems, yet I noticed that one that would eat other dogs' stools, wasn't that interested anymore..woohoo. They all seem to love having it on their food, as though it is a treat, and they gobble it all up. I am a firm believer in this product and love the results. Won't be without it. This product saved my dog's life

I normally don't take the time to write these things, but I thought this was worth the time to let everyone know what a fantastic product this is. I have an older, spayed x-shepherd. She was losing weight, had loose stools, was always eating grass and was losing her hair in large clumps. I took her to the vet and they did a blood test and found that her protien and albumin levels were extremely low. They sent me to a specialist and they put my dog on large doses of med's. After a few months of her taking these expensive med's, she was still not getting better. I saw an ad for this product and called the company to inquire on it. They sent me a free sample of the product and a started using it on my dog's food. Shortly afterwards I began to see a difference in her stools and her hair loss. I stopped giving her the other med's and continued to use this product. After a few months, my dog was gaining the weight back and looking good. The vet tested her blood again and her levels had improved. Now she has a powder antibiotic for the bacteria in her small intestine and her Prozyme in every meal. She is now herself again and a happy, playful 11 year old dog. The product even helped her bad breath and gas problems. I am so happy with the results of this product, I will forever use it with my "Dusty" and any other dogs that I may have. Does your dog pass gas? Do you yell across the room, "Watch out, here it comes!?" This is a great product to keep your dog's gastrointestinal system up to par. When they're without it, guess what happens? It has kept both of our dogs from passing gas and having intermittent loose stool. This product works! You won't be sorry you bought it. Although it is expensive, it has allowed our dog to live with pancreatic insufficiency. We have found that adding a pet-tab with his food causes loose stools, so we leave it out. We mix the prozyme with about a cup of water and stir into dry W/D dog food (RX only). He put back on weight and has more energy. Is this testimonial helpful?
