We have a mix breed, part Vizla, part Pit who was agreesive with the other dogs in the household, we took her to training, tried everything and came very close to putting her down because we and our vet viewed her a threat to other dogs and possibly people. But she was very sweet, when she was sweet. We took her to a dog behaviorist and she prescribed the DAP collar. What a difference, she isn't the perfect dog, but she no longer attacks the others and seems a MUCH happier dog. She will never be without her collar. Is this testimonial helpful?

My then 2 year old Pembroke Welsh corgi was severely depressed when his companion corgi died. He refused to go on walks, experienced anxiety when away from home and suffered a decline in his performance at agility competitions. The DAP collar was recommended by U Penn Vet Behaviorist. We have a German Shepherd mix that is absolutely petrified of any type of loud noise. At the first bang of any kind she is in the bathtub hiding. We have not left our home on the 4th of July for years because of her terror. We've even tried heavy duty tranquilizers, to no avail. I ordered this thinking it was probably too good to be true, but it wasn't!! We kept checking on her all evening and she was completely calm and relaxed until the very end of the evening when everyone in our neighborhood was doing fireworks; then she had a little bit of anxiety, but nothing compared to what she's experienced in the past. We've had 2 Jack Russell terriers for about a year. One of them died last week the other dog went into a complete anxiety attack. At night he would run back and forth over the same path next to our garage for hours. During the day he was depressed, wouldn't approach people and hid in his dog house. Since he'd been raised in a kennel and lived there for 2 years before we got him, we thought he was lonely and got another dog. Well, he hated the new dog and was still depressed. I decided to try the DAP collar and can not believe how well it has worked. Within 24 hours he was much more sociable and had quit running. By this morning, approx 40 hours, he is back to his old happy, energetic personality. Even my husband, who was skeptical, wanted me to tell you how great the collar worked!
