(Van Beek Natural Science)  DiaGel is an orally administered product to aid in controlling bacterial diarrhea by killing bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella in the GI tract. A one-time dosage should firm stools within 24 hours. May also be used in conjunction with fluid therapy, endotoxin therapy, or antibiotics to treat secondary infections that cause diarrhea. These causes may include post-colic surgery, long trailer rides, dietary changes, or strenuous activity. May help decrease the loss of fluids and minimize dehydration. Will not interfere with other treatment options, both parenteral and oral.
