FThis Fence Compression Spring is used to determine wire tension on your fence line. One inch of compression equals 150 lbs. of tension. This will help absorb expansion and contraction of the fence wire. Made from 1/4” spring steel with the spring able to expand from 9” to 18” and 1 ½” in diameter, this spring is a durable and effective choice.
