      I got this for our senior horse and can't get him to eat it. It does have a slightly "seaweed" odor, but our younger draft cross who is not usually a fan of flax laps it up! I guess it means there is something he is missing in his diet and needs it, but horses are so individual about taste. I wish it came in a nugget form so it might get eaten easier with grain like the regular Focus. I will continue to try to get older horse to accept and try regular Focus nuggets for younger horse when this is gone. A little early to evaluate performance, but will let you know.

      Have been feeding Senior Focus to my 35 year old quarter horse for years.  He is still healthy and happy even after surviving EPM.  He has a great appetite and no health problems and is enjoying his retirement.

      my two old horses do great on this product,it helps keep their weight on,and they seem to be better all around,better coats in winter and they eat it willingly in their grain...they will be 32 in march and have been on this product about a year now....

      I buy Focus SR and Source Micronutrients regularly and buy the 25 and 30 pound buckets as they are the best value. When I buy I always search for best prices and when I do find a lower price, the shipping is always much higher. Valley Vet consistently offers the best overall value.
