Prolapse Harness for Ewes

Ultimate solution to prolapse problem. This harness is easier on the ewe because there is no foreign body inside the vagina. More important, she must strain by lowering the head which actually pulls the harness more tightly against her "backside." Adjust for length and girth to fit any size ewe. Made of top quality nylon, steel buckles, and leather straps. Although it is possible in most cases for the ewe to lamb with the harness in place, it is suggested that the harness be removed immediately prior to lambing.

  Very happy I bought this. In 8 years of raising sheep I have never had to deal with vaginal prolapse before and this harness is a life saver. Great product. Highly recommend.

  My doe had a very bad vaginal (and rectal) prolapse, and the harness did help keep the vaginal in when she stood, but when she laid down, the prolapse bypassed the harness. Perhaps if the prolapse wasn't so bad it would have helped more. She was pregnant with quads.
