SafGard Pasteurizer

Designed for home use to allow safe, effective pasteurization of milk for human or animal consumption. Heavy-duty thermostat controls the temperature to destroy disease-producing bacteria. Automatic shut-off when pasteurization is complete, with a buzzer to let you know that milk is ready for cooling. Pressurized heating and vacuum-sealed cooling provide fast processing of up to 2 gallons at a time. Outer shell and cover are constructed of stainless steel. Inner milk pail is aluminum. UL listed, 110v. One-year warranty.
