Information
- The first and only commercially available vaccine for prevention of pinkeye in cattle caused by Moraxella bovoculi. It contains 8 different M. bovoculi isolates. Because it is a preventative for only M. bovoculi pinkeye, it should be given in addition to traditionally available pinkeye vaccines which offer protection against Moraxella bovis. Administer 2 ml SQ to cattle 14 weeks of age or older; repeat in 21 days.
  
  M. bovoculi is often referred to as "Winter Pinkeye" due to its ability to cause pinkeye year-round. Previously, the only way to biologically prevent M. bovoculi outbreaks was through a diagnostic and autogenous program, which required taking cultures so a qualified lab could create a custom herd vaccine.
