The LED Red Light Therapy Pad from Horseware is designed to treat large areas on your horse like the back, sacroiliac (SI), neck, shoulders, withers, or hindquarters. LED treatment has been shown to increase blood flow and promote cellular activity, which may reduce inflammation before and after exercise, aid skin conditions, and accelerate wound healing. The sturdy flexible neoprene outer has perforated neoprene inside which houses 320 LEDs of differing wavelengths. 660 nm red light targets the dermal layer, and 850 nm infrared light penetrates deeper to reach soft tissue.
