Zymox Plus Otic-HC is an advanced biofilm-reducing formula to treat the toughest cases of acute and chronic otitis externa. Zymox Plus Otic-HC works on microbes quicker and more effectively, including those due to resistant organisms, such as pseudomonas or even MRSA which form complex biofilm. Ideal for those cases of repeated infection or an infection that just won’t resolve.
Zymox Plus Otic-HC contains the patented LP3 Enzyme System that is shown to be antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral. This three point enzyme system destroys antibiotic resistant microorganisms, including Staphylococcus. Plus four additional biofilm-reducing enzymes formulated to destroy the hard-to-penetrate biofilm slime layer that protects and hides microbes. The addition of 1% Hydrocortisone helps to provide relief from itching and inflammation.
Use once daily for 5 days. Safe for extended use on persistent cases. Apply to dirty ears. Do not use in conjunction with another ear medication or cleaner. Do not use on pregnant or lactating females.
