  Because of wet conditions, we needed to keep hoofs dry to clear up an infection. These worked great. As hoofs healed we would keep on during the day for protection then remove at night when they came in, so air could get to hoofs. We check many places and Valley Vet was the least expensive, and they shipped right out.

  I bought one boot for my goat a while back and it kept his hoof clean and dry. My goats leg was too small with the strap completely tight so I just wrapped vet wrap to keep it secure. The goat walked just fine in it also.

  I purchased two boots in hopes of using them for our Boer goats who are having some foot problems. The boots are too small and wont fit over their hooves. They can be used on smaller goats.

  The boot would not fit a rear foot on a large ram.Boot only comes in one size.Manufacturer mentions nothing about boot fitting,nor what sizes of feet.I believe if the back of the boot wasn't molded flat,and had more of an actual heel shape,then this would allow larger feet to fit into the boot.Just isn't any room to slide in the heel with a large foot on a flat backed boot .Quality and sturdiness is there,but design and description of product needs improvement.
