Lifeline Protect Colostrum Supplement for Newborn Beef Calf

Lifeline Protect Beef provides supplemental colostrum for newborn beef calves when maternal colostrum quality is unknown or when calves have trouble suckling. Feed in addition to maternal colostrum. Protect Beef is formulated with the added fat and carbohydrates beef calves need to get up and suckle on their own. Provides 50 grams of globulin protein per feeding, plus essential nutrients. 40% crude protein, 20% fat, formulated especially for beef calves. The bovine serum-based formula mixes well and feeds easily. Mix one package with 1.5 quarts warm water. Feed to the calf in one feeding via nipple or esophageal feeder. Feed as soon as possible and within 24 hours of birth.
