    • Give 2 ml intramuscularly. For primary vaccination of cows and heifers, give one month before breeding and booster three to four weeks later. Safe for pregnant cows or calves nursing pregnant cows, provided they were vaccinated according to label directions with any Bovi-Shield Gold FP or PregGuard Gold FP vaccine within the last 12 months. Annual booster is recommended. Modified live, this Bovi-Shield Gold VL5 vaccination requires mixing. Use VL5 with caution in dairy cattle.
