Indications
PureStart™ Colostrum is used to replace or supplement maternal colostrum as an aid in the treatment of Failure of Passive Transfer (FPT) in newborn calves.
Directions
Mix the desired amount with water (110 to 120ºF or 43 to 49ºC) and feed as soon as possible after birth, ideally within 2 hours. Calves should receive a second feeding ideally of PureStart™ Colostrum or good quality maternal colostrum within the next 8 hours.
Feeding additional amounts in the first or subsequent feedings may provide additional health benefits. Feeding more colostrum is recommended when calves are stressed, sanitation is poor, or calfhood disease is high. Consult your veterinarian.

Storage
Powder: Store out of direct sunlight in a dry location at room temperature (not over 75ºF or 24ºC).
