Each mL contains 6.8 mg timolol maleate equivalent to 5 mg timolol.

Inactive Ingredients: monobasic and dibasic sodium phosphate, sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid (to adjust pH 6.5 to 7.5), and purified water. Benzalkonium chloride 0.01% added as preservative.

This product is sterile when manufactured, and should be dispensed in the original unopened container. Instruct patient on precautions to avoid contamination.

USUAL DOSAGE: 1 drop in the eye once or twice daily. See accompanying insert.

Store at room temperature 15º to 30ºC (59º to 86ºF).
